Store has pleasant staff offers homeware items and Xmas at affordable prices but look very nice good selection on other ranges trolley's available would be nice to have self check out

It's always good to shop in b&m it's very busy and they have a very good variety of the products that I shop for the price of things are affordable... Every one I know pop in the store for different bits and pieces of shopping...

Went into the store and only 2 trolleys available but they were stuck together because they were forced into each other. There was an elderly lady behind me that wanted a trolley too but unfortunately she couldn't take one too. Shame. But, the store was clean and staff were nice.

My review is about the staff hygiene.I was shopping on Friday and had to rush past a member of staff because of their body odour.It was so bad it actually made me queasy.I don’t know if it was for religious reasons or not but the only religious practice which prohibits the use of deodorant also requires ritual bathing.I know it’s difficult to tell a woman that they literally stink, but I think it would be in everyone’s interests to have a private word

Lots of variety for competitive prices, didn't have as much selection as county oak b&m. There was only 1 till open so queue was very long to pay for items, waited quite a while. Cashier was friendly though.

Really good except a lot of staff stocking one aisle and a lot of empty shelves. Also not very tidy. Got some bargains and some limited edition bits, so successful for the most part.

Bit of a tardis of a shop. Large variety of items, from food and alcohol to homeware and toys. Generally competitively priced. Hard to do a big shop, being in the mall, trolleys are available, but not so easy to get to your car.
