I feel a bit sad to post this but I'm hoping they take it as feedback.The shop itself is great, there wasn't a huge amount in the sizes I was looking for but the concept is good and the pricing I think fair.However.. the customer service is terrible. I popped in today when I was in Leicester and arrived at 3.45pm, aware they shut at 4. I knew I planned to spend money and I wouldn't be much longer than 15 minutes. The first thing the woman says to me in an impolite way is that she's closing in a couple of minutes. I then asked her if she was not open until 4 as stated as that was 10 minutes away. The shop was empty, there 2 staff chatting between each other and it was clear they couldn't wait to get away. Anyway I left them bang on 4 and presumably they were able to meet whatever urgent appointment they had.

To lovely ladies with an excellent down to earth attitude nothing was a problem,an absolute pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend

Clothes in this store are great.. with a little one on the way this store is the place to go for great quality at low prices. I have been here a few times now and everytime been satisfied. The car seat area at the back of the store, the staff also know their products well and know how they all function and recommend a suitable choice. Overall really worth a visit.

Great quality clothes for a very good price. Me and my husband have agreed to pretty much get majority of our baby clothes from here, I really don't see why anybody wouldn't do the same. Great customer service too x

I have brought a couple of things from Babygaga before and never had a problem, the clothes were in good condition and the prices were great however I would now not recommend after my last visit to the store. I had seen a couple of trainers for my little boy on their Facebook page the night before and travelled to the shop as soon as it opened the next day to see if they were still available. When I got to the shop I asked one of the women and they said someone had brought them over the phone (why have things in store and different things on the website if they are allowing to buy over the phone?), I carried on having a look around the shop and then picked up an outfit which I was just about to buy, I had been carrying it around the shop for a while when another customer comes in, the worker then comes over to the clothes to have a look for the same outfit I had picked up. I ask them if this is the outfit they were looking for and she takes it of me to ask and say that they were saving it for the other customer so we couldn't have it. All they seem to do is save stuff for everyone, so don't expect things to be in the shop that you want. Didn't buy anything in the end! Such a shame about their customer service.

Visited Baby Gaga today after feeling disappointed with another baby shop, and I was so glad we did! Lovely range of prams at great prices - most with the accessories included. Advice without being pushy from the lady in the shop and we picked a great pram/pushchair combo from the ones that fitted what I needed. Couldn't believe they weren't new, as the condition of them is excellent. We've already decided we'll be back once baby is here for toys and clothes.

A Wonderful, family business run by 2 sisters (Carly & Tiffany) who do their upper-most to give a first class, re-conditioned, baby clothes and accessories service. Fantastic value, knowledgeable advice and great customer service.Congratulations on your new website Baby GaGa, easy to navigate, all items bright and beautiful. Absolutely great independent shop. There's an amazing range at amazing prices and excellent service also. My partner and I were able to get a Bounceroo, Baby Carrier, Play Mat and some clothes for under £80 and all were big brands and in great condition. We will be shopping there again.
