The staff are friendly, clean changing place , great location. I enjoy the non-stop opening time. Machines are in good condition.

This gym has gone downhill in recent months for a number of reasons- The music is either terrible or too quiet.- The place is a dump, the staff don’t put any of the equipment away or encourage others to, so it’s literally everywhere in all the wrong places.- You can never find the weights or equipment you need, you spend half your time hunting for it.- The staff are barely seen, they spend most their time in the office, if they are out the office they just walk around aimlessly.- When the gym is cold they have the aircon on, when it’s warm no aircon on, where’s the logic!?Seriously debating moving gyms.

Brilliant gyms great price. It's £19.99 a month rolling contact cancel anytime. I use the £25 one so I can use them round the country. An this one is the biggest I've been in yet its like a TARDIS

Sadly the gym has gone down hill. Great space and equipment but it’s always a mess, clientele have no gym etiquette, smells awful at the back in the arms/dumbell section and toilets are always dirty. Hope they sort this and bring it back up to standard.

Gym is big and was in good condition a while ago but now messy and not looked after. Lots of equipment not working and no way of reporting it.2/3 rowing machines broken3/8 Bikes not working.No signage on broken equipment.Barbell and dumbbell weights all over the place.Spoke to trainer who said not his job to fix.Emailed but no reply.Feels so frustrating to be in there.

It's a decent sized gym with a variety of equipment and lots of benches. 5-7pm is very busy (like most gyms) so the cables, machines and benches are often difficult to get onto at these times.There's also the major issue with frequently broken and missing equipment. These are mostly broken cables (that seem to take a decade to repair), cable handles, and missing pins.The staff are really friendly / helpful and the place itself is fairly clean.Overall it's good value for money but I'd strongly recommend to monitor for broken / missing equipment and to ensure replacements are managed asap. :)

Does anybody ever answer the phone?? Rang every Friday Saturday and Sunday on numerous occasions for the last month, no one ever answers. Went down to the gym in person x2 and couldn’t get in or speak with a staff member, managed to ask members through the gates to look for staff……..they couldn’t find anyone. Literally wanted to have a quick look around before making a decision whether I would joint the gym. Bizarre

It’s a good place to be fit but today 12 of September midnight I can’t even enter the door today and it’s supposed to be 24 hours gym. What a letdown

I have been a member of this gym for years, back when it was an Xerciseforless and cost £10 a month.Sadly over the past couple of months the gym has gone significantly downhill, I think since it went 24hr.It is so messy, there is literally weights everywhere. I have attached some pictures of what i came into on a Saturday morning around 8am. How do the staff expect you to train? It took me 20 mins to clean it all up!The staff seem to hide away in the office, when CLEARLY the place needs a tidy. There is only 1 guy who seems to care about the place - i think his name is Jason ( a credit to the company )They need to bring back the rule if you leave your weights out you are banned.There is also litter strewn about ( energy drink cans etc ), not nice.Chest fly machine has been broke for over 4 weeksJD need to either employ more staff to keep on top of cleaning or bring some rules in!Also can you PLEASE get some carabinas people cant take off the machines!!!! its like an easter egg hunt looking for one.
