A very special and sadly necessary fabulous place with a real heart. There are a number of things we can all do to support their work. Bedding and food donations always welcomed and financial support would be helpful too. Give them a ring and ask what you can do to help.

I recently found a hedgehog that was poorly. Not knowing what to do with it, I called Forth Hedgehog Hospital. Nadia took it in and cared for it. Being able to hand it over to someone who knew what to do was such a relief and a weight off my mind. Thank you Nadia ❤️

Called them because I'd come across a young hedgehog during the course of my duties as gatekeeper at Dunkeld Cathedral... they provided me with valuable information, which helped me place a call for physical assistance with the SSPCA. An inspector arrived and we could not find the hedgie at the place where I'd removed it to earlier. [was found on much well-trodden public lawns at around 9.40 a.m. and decidedly in harms way if left there].Long story shorter; hedgie had burrowed into the leaf-litter and branches pile, which was why we could not find it again. This was a very good indication of a healthy mobile animal creating a nest.

The lady was so good checked the hedgehog over and took him in she was lovely.Hope he is ok so glad there are places like this.

Didn't go in to see the hedgehogs , just put in a donation of dog food and newspapers . Nadia does a fantastic job of looking after the wee hogs in her care .

Nadia is a tireless, voluntary carer of a variety of animals, fish and birds, but specialises in hedgehogs. She often works around the clock when there are holes to care for, and hardly ever has a real break. She has dedicated her home as an animal hospital and has custom built sheds and enclosures for them filling her garden. She's just amazing, and such an inspiration. We're it not for her, the rapidly endangered hedgehog population would have dominished much faster in this area. She deserves public recognition and funding.

This is the best place to contact if you find a sick or injured Hedgehog. A small volunteer rescue that does great work.
