Extremely helpful staff with great interest in the products they are selling. The member of staff I spoke to had immense knowledge of all the products they showed me. Definitely going there for my next pair of jeans. Also the only Aesop stockist in Birmingham. Worth a visit.

Great establishment, friendly knowledgable staff who take time to actually talk to you not pressure you, went in for Edwin Jeans, shown a few different styles and sizes, again no pressure.Have some cracking clothing, shoes, that are not run of mill, would definetly recomend. Short walk from Snow Hill station, opposite bus stops.

It's always a pleasure popping into the liquor store whenever in Birmingham. The staff are great in here and the experience is unique.There's a good range of products at varying price points, and even if you don't end up buying anything you feel good after coming out of the store.

Brilliant shop with a great choice of products and all the brands you’d expect. I bought a wool hat, the display model fit perfectly but unfortunately the one from stock I was sold was a completely different shape to the point where it’s not wearable. Not the shop or staff’s fault at this point, but sadly the lady behind the counter was disinterested to the point of almost rudeness, and flat out refused to do anything about it. Even with a receipt she wouldn’t agree to an exchange, so I’m stuck with a misshapen “Donegal” hat (made in England) that looks completely daft and won’t be worn. I believe in supporting independent shops but sadly on this occasion I was badly let down. Happy to reconsider the review if we can get this sorted.
