We visited today for the holiday pet Pals club with my two girls and nephew. Highly recommend visiting these clubs during holidays with your little one, lovely to meet some of the pets they have and learn more about them. Particularly great if you are thinking about buying one of the pets as great time to handle one and ask any questions about them. We booked online prior to visiting. We got to meet a Russian hamster and a guinea pig. They all got to stroke the hamster and asked lots of questions, and they all got to handle the guinea pig a couple of times each. The lady running the session was fantastic, very informative and answered all the questions we had. They also got to fill some toys with hay and then put these in the enclosures and feed them fresh cabbage leaves. They loved every minute of it. We will probably book again at festival park in the hope of handling a snake (my daughter is keen to buy on as a pet) and to find out more about owning one :) wonderful experience. Thank you x

Well laid out store wide variety of products knowledgeable friendly staff pricing is not too bad.

I am forced to change my rating from 5 to 1 star due to the grooming room. You can never get through by phone, and the service lady says you should call and make an appointment. it's not worth it, find another place where they can answer the phone and make an appointment without having to cancel the meeting the day before.

Nice personal. They assist with any doubts you may have. Value for money.

We went in for a coat for our dog and a few other things. The help we got from a young lady called Jess was first class, nothing was to much for her to do.

Had to rush in and stock up on newborn kitten stuff as I found four abandoned ones. A lady took me through what I needed to buy milk wise and how to help them. She was amazing. She even told me to join the club and I got 20% off the products saving me a £5!
