After ordering my boots I waited for them to come however unfortunately they were out of stock an era on the stores behalf but Beth from customer services was quick to help and offered either a full immediate refund or a free upgrade to a more expensive pair so after choosing the upgrade and the pair I wanted they had them shipped out first class to me. Amazing staff thankyou.

Minotaur Fight store have been very responsive to the issue i faced when ordering thai shorts, and due to this, they upgraded my purchases and sent out shorts to apologise for the inconvenience, which was greatly appreciated, thank you to Beth for your customer support, the reason that last star is missing is because it seems that website doesnt align with the stock properly, which lead to some issues, but other than that, the gear i received is quality and the customer support was helpful, cheers Minotaur.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!!! Incompendant brought a product that I paid for 3.99 for 2 days delivery A WEEK LATER NO ITEM, SO I RANG TOASK WHERE IT WAS TO BE TOLD IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. A week later was told that the refund was to be processed 3-5 working 6 days later then told it was being processed. I was fuming that I hadn't received my product, and to top it off I have tourettes and the manager was telling me to stop swearing, in actually fact he told he he was not going to stand for swearing even when i explained I had tourettes he actually swore back at me after I told him I'd be coming down to the shop. Disgusting customer service and disabled discrimination. Never known anything like it!!

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS - ordered boxing gloves that were never delivered and were never actually in stock. I had to call three times to find out they didn’t have what I ordered and they tried to offer a more expensive upgrade and then didn’t get back to me, I had to call again to get a refund which I’m expecting issues with. Save yourself times and go with a known supplier/store

Reading reviews they seem good if going to store, don’t bother with an online purchase, express delivery paid, goods not received, back to back delays and excuses sadly.I will say the phone advice was really good and helpful hence not a 1* review.

Went into the store to buy Boxing gloves, boots hand wraps for my son and Muay Thai gloves and shin pads for myself.We wanted to spend some time trying on lots of different styles and brands as the last time we brought (not from this store) was our first sets and didn’t know what we liked or wanted. After a years training it was time for an upgrade.I think we tried on the whole store!We were served by Yas, he took his time didn’t rush us and gave loads of advice. Not at all pushing the premium brands as even the lower budget gear is great quality they don’t seem to stock any rubbish.Thanks for the patience and advice we’re both really happy and no doubt will be back.
