Had one ear blocked and had tried drops and candles to no avail if only I had tried these guys first saw Kevin really impressed great initial consultation and diagnosis treatment delivered in professional manner to resolve the issue in one visit combined with advice on how to avoid in future no hesitation in recommending really good COVID protocols as well.

First time coming here, very clean and felt comfortable. I had a lot of blockage in my ear now its all sorted it feels incredible! Didnt have much discomfort while having it done and doesn't hurt after. Would recommend to anyone.

My husband and I have both used the services of this clinic. Excellent facilities. Very hi tech. We could see on the tv screens what was going on! My husband could see that one ear drum had trauma which thankfully he was assured would mend. Cannot believe how much my hearing improved with this wax removal service. Gentley done by Kevin Howlett who really knows his stuff. Very professional. Highly recommend

Recently visited Kevin at the Ear Clinic due to blocked ears, extremely impressed with service. Was able to see on large monitor through the whole process which was reassuring and satisfying to see the before and after results and found the experience to be very effective and professional. Some good advice and consult while there and would not hesitate to book again after finding their pricing very competitive and good value compared to other services online.

I liked that the equipment is very modern and up to date. Got very detailed view of my ear canal on a large screen. I was a bit nervous before the appointment, but everything was explained well and all the staff I spoke to were really kind and helpful. It wasn’t rushed, and I could stop and ask questions during the appointment. Will be going back.

Have to day had my 3rd or 4th appt. to have ear wax removed, having hear.aids do as mentioned somewhere else increase the volume of wax. But as every time, it is such an easy procedure withMr Howlett using ultra modern micro suction,always explaining what goes on,plus a calm and easygoing way with him. I thoroughly recommend this service. My first visit was such a relief as I use hearing aids and to have this first class service for ear maintenance is wonderful. Amazing technology and everything explained in a kind, courteous and friendly manner. This will be for me a regular diary appointment for peace of mind, whether six monthly or yearly. With so many other health issues these days, it is very easy to put off ear issues. Please use this excellent service, your ears will thank you.
