Over 10% out on a valuation, we provided plenty of comparable data to correct their incompetence. This was ignored.

Scammers. Beware. No integrity and will wreck your chain.Buyer booked basic valuation survey to secure mortage. Man was here nearly 3 hours yak yak yak.He said he'd do the valuation and it was all fine, but he'd phoned my buyer to recommend he get a level 3 done given age of property. Fair comment, but buyer is just trying to secure mortgage first as chain is progressing fast. Man also said that whilst he couldn't do it that day, someone would book in iwthin a week.10 days later, valuation not provided to buyers bank, mortgage in limbo, and when he calls to ask to cancel level 3 to get the mortgage moving again they keep saying 'it's in the system now and can't be cancelled'. Entirley illegal. It was an informal phone conversation.Whatever survey you choose, or even book and pay for, they will try to upsell and hold you hostage, even before you're ready to commit and invest high level of costs. Avoid and use a professional local company.YOu get to choose what survey you want to spend, at your risk. They have no right to dictate to you, and distance selling regulations mean an informal phone conversation is not a committment. Reported to RICS.

Surveyor down valued property by £15000, was at the property for 20 minutes. Obviously hadnt bothered with any comparible properties in the area. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Very safe friendly & professional

House was getting valued for a remortgage. The bloke was in the house less time than it would it take to boil a kettle. Told me it wouldn't take long because he had been in a few houses like mine so knew the layout. Valued the house at exactly what i purchased the house for at 165k, 2 years ago. Said there was no houses recently sold in area to compare against yet next doors house sold for £180k, 9 months previous. 3 estate agents have since valued the house at £182-£186k. You only have to read their google reviews and trustpilot reviews to see this is a company regularly under valuing houses and to be avoided.

The lady came in and didn't seem prepared, had a quick look, took 2 mins didn't have any plans of the property etc. Then the report went back and it was completely inaccurate and said it was misused when it was in great condition. The bank initialy declined the remortgage on this point. Bear in mind this is a 3 year old property in a clean and looked after condition.

These people have absolutely no idea what they're doing.

They dont do the job.It is not a matter of not valuing it properly, is a matter of not doing the job.Valuation done from the steet, not even going inside the property.They produced a vague copy paste report in which they describe the property as a:2 bedroom ground floor flat" (...) "Assumed 85yrs leasehold"No square meters
