Zizou Lounge: Shisha, Desserts & Grill

Ordered via Ubereats. Called the restaurant due to ongoing wait and was repeatedly told it will be sent shortly. It has now been 1.5 hours and still hasn't been sent.If you know you don't have the capacity to fulfil orders within an appropriate time, why continue taking orders?Recommend to avoid ordering online unless you want the order next week.

Went yesterday for iftar. The food was amazing. The portions were very generous.We ordered items from the new menu. And it was lovely.Had to give 4 stars sorry. Didnt give me the option of putting 4.5... The stairs near the shisha lounge were really dangerous. 2nd time nearly had a slip. U need hand rails on there or maybe carpets. Just a suggestion.And the floor staff yesterday were great. Served with a smile and got us everything we needed.I think to enjoy the food I would suggest people go in and try the dishes.

Never been but always get takeout on Uber eats and these guys are spot on every single time. Their shakes are DIVINE and they always get my chicken halloumi burger with no mayo right. I have ordered from here SO many times. Delivery does take a while but the food is so worth it. They care about their customers!! Will always return to zizou

Only ever ordered for delivery. Actual food is always good, but this is the 3rd time they've sent wrong items and/or missed things from the order. This time I even added to my order notes asking them to double check it before they send it out. Seems like they don't care. Order was also late.Won't be ordering from here again.

Apologies for this review, but I'd rather be honest than lie. Had a delivery last night.Food was absolutely vile, the naga chicken wings were tasteless, coated with naga sauce, nothing more, rice was bland, couldn't eat what was served up, at least the bin got fed.

Had to come and write a review on the new chicken parmo thing...gigantic portion...super tasty big FAT juicy piece of chicken smothered in that sauce...i wouldve liked it spicier so will add jalepenos next time i order...who can complain??? Tastiest menu option...makes a change from burgers i usually order from here....u know if i wanted to pig out more...i wudve added the stuff they put on loaded fries...the slaw was the perfect side to compliment the entire dish...amazing...thank u..for feeding me lol

Brilliant food, great atmosphere and an enjoyable meal with the family. As the premises is in 2 parts, we dined at the front with great comfort. The staff were brilliant and attentive. Food came out at good timing, even though it was busy which is a good sign the kitchen know what they are doing. The food was 10/10 and the right portion. The atmosphere had a pleasant neo-jazz ambiance and without doubt, one of our favourate locations to dine at. Definetly would recommend to all!

The waffle I ordered wasn’t supposed to have bananas on it yet it arrived with them there, I am highly allergic to bananas which made the food inedible. I called the restaurant after a million times trying to get through, they stated they ran out of strawberries so replaced with bananas which I understand but they should’ve called beforehand to check with me first due to any allergies or intolerances a customer may have. As well, the food took ridiculously long to arrive and isn’t the first time it has taken over 2 hours to be received. My previous order I made with them took 4+ hours to arrive and was completely wrong, they said they would give me a full refund but I am yet to receive that too. They have seriously breached food safety due to allergies.

Ordered from this place at 7.30pm for delivery and the food didn’t arrive until 11.20pm. Called the restaurant multiple times eventually only got an answer via the phone from them twice however was told each time my food was on its way considering there was a call to them at 9.50pm and then again at 10.30pm. Food wasn’t exactly worth the wait however it was hot but milkshake had of course exploded in one of the bags leaving only half of the drink. Overall I feel this place offers poor customer service and poor management of orders and time keeping to keep up with delivery/service times/demands.

Woke up and fancied something to nibble, milkshake and fries were ungodly good, but the Mac and cheese hot dog was covered in some weird cheese sauce and smelt really weird, I didn’t trust myself to eat it, so as long as you get a milkshake or a portion of fries you’re reet
