We recently had a black front door fitted by Safestyle UK .We found this to be a positive experienceThe sales person who called at our house was helpful ,informative and professional and took us through the whole process.The surveyor was very thorough and advised on a number of areas we were unsure of.We asked for a slight delay on the installation date and this was a no problem.The fitter arrived on time and the installation was complete on about 2 hours .He cleaned up when the job was completed and showed us the locking mechanisms etc.We are really pleased with the look of the door and with the locks and seals. A number of neighbours have commented favourably on how the door looks.Overall we have been impressed by the service and product received from Safestyle UK.We would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to other potential customers.

The entire process from the initial sales representative, the site survey and the Safestyle installation team coming out was so easy and hassle free. I had twelve windows and two doors fitted and they were done in a day, the standard of finish was excellent.The team caused as little disruption as possible and cleaned up every scrap of debris and dust before leaving. The windows and doors are sold secure and are, in my opinion, the best on the market.I would highly recommend Safestyle any day of the week

What a bizarre experience. Chap came to my door so I spoke to him for five minutes. Then he asked to go to my toilet. Wasn't entirely comfortable but I let him.Anyway, he came out and said 'I wouldn't go in there for a while'. As we were going down the stairs he told me I didn't have any toilet paper and that he'd used water. I didn't ask how he'd done it. I gave him the wrong contact number.He left and returned about fifteen minutes later saying the number didn't work but that he needed the right one so his boss could check he 'showed proper conduct' - which made me think the guy has previous.He left. I went upstairs to find wee all over my toilet seat. I spent the next hour bleaching the bathroom. I felt violated. And the toilet absolutely stank he needs to reconfigure his diet.

I have just had two windows done by Safestyle UK. This completes the rest of the doors and windows that they have done previously for me. The fitter arrived and didn't stop work until they were fitted. He was efficient, hardworking and tidy. I am really pleased with the windows and as I have already had windows from them in the past I know for certain that they will be lovely and warm in the winter for me.

An excellent service from start to finish. All the dates/times arranged for the survey and installation were kept. The two fitters were obviously adept at their work and worked well as a team. They were neat and tidy and cleared up after the installation. I am very pleased with the work done and the service I've have received from Safestyle Uk. I would recommend Safestyle to anyone.

Wow what can I say, absolutely fabulous service from the first initial phone call.The rep was fantastic and made me feel at ease as he explained all the different types of doors and by the end of it I was filled with confidence to order my doors with Safestyle. (at this point I had already had various companies out who I felt were lacking in customer service)Next the surveyor came to measure up for my new doors and made suggestions regarding the doors that have worked out better.I then received a call to book my fitting and to check the appointment was convenient for me.The installer then attended to install my new doors he was a lovely bloke, he did not stop working all the time he was at my property and he was here from 8am and did not even stop for lunch.All 3 of my door look fabulous and I have had numerous compliments, I would definitely recommend Safestyle to all my friends and family.A* service, keep up the fantastic work.

Safestyle did an excellent job of both mine and my partners windows on our last properties. The experience we have had with our current home couldn't be more different. My advice is use them if you want to take pot luck on the quality being right first time because if it isn't you have absolutely no chance at all of having any work rectified. Safestyle are all about sales and money and could not care less about after care. We paid cash for all our work, so now they have been paid they are not interested in putting right there shoddy work.

Fantastic service from start to finish! The fitters on the day were friendly, respected our privacy while getting the work done quickly and efficiently. One of the fitters (can't remember his name) returned the next day as he lived locally to replace the lock - he really went above and beyond. The cost very fair and easy payments. The standard of work is excellent, the fitters arrived on time, cleaned up and were courteous to neighbours. Highly recommend safestyle - professional, helpful and really have the best interest of the customer.

We had our door fitted on the 2nd of January 2019. The fitter was really quick and professional. I had been a bit worried as the guy who came to give us a quote hadn't seem very professional telling us office gossip about the man who should have been giving the quote just having a car crash while drinking. But he gave us a good quote so we went with them. Apart from that one guy everything else was amazing. Customer service could not be faulted and everyone comments on how good our door looks. Would use them again in the next couple of years when we look at getting new windows.

How many times do I have to tell you in a week that I don't want new windows.Also my door says No Cold Callers". I'm not sure I can trust a company who's employees can't read.. Which ironically makes this review pointless.. as you know.. they need to read it"
