I was close to joining guard group to work on a Psychiatric ward at a local hospital. I was told a week after I submitted my application and got the job that the job had suddenly changed and broke into 3 different parts. One of which involved bed watch" I was told bed watch would be hands off and I would never have to get physical with a patient of the hospital. I confirmed with the area manager that I would like to visit site before starting so I can get a taste of what it's like before getting started. It turns out what I was told by the management wasnt true. I phoned the SIA on the day I was supposed to visit the hospital and they told me themselves I wasn't licensed to do the job as I had my static licence and not the door supervisor job which is required for bed watch. The management of guard group were telling me I didn't need the license as I should be OK as it wasn't hands on. I phoned the local hospital on the day I was due to visit and they told me the job is in fact hands on after all as if anybody attacks staff I would need to intervene. They messed me around big time for a week I would avoid at all costs."

I would stay clear from working for this company, asking for social media accounts which is not SIA standards and I have never come across a company that has asked for social media until GGN had asked for it, INVASION OF PRIVACY

Stay away at all costs. This company is not reliable to work for if you’re looking for something stable. Their communication skills are absolutely horrendous.

Farooq and his security for daytime And Night-time are amazing because they look after the staff that work there and also they look after the guest that we have got staying there at the moment.Farooq(Operational Manager) was excellent with problem solving when the protestors came, made sure that he turned up instantly, making sure everything was alright up until midnight and then came back up in the morning to check.

We have been using Guard Group for 2 years now. I have found the management support leagues above any other security provider I have used before. The security officers are always punctual, well presented and demonstrate the highest level of customer care. What I am really impressed with is the high level of continuity provided by Guard Group. I would recommend Guard Group Nationwide to anyone seeking security officers or concierge services.
