Really lovely service! I bought a car from here which ended up needing a few minor tweaks. They were quick to get it sorted and were just kind and lovely in general. Really put me at ease that I had nothing to worry about and everything has been just fine since. Thanks again!

AVOID!! I am absolutely disgusted by the unprofessional and appalling behaviour that I have experienced with Estuary Cars(Ashford)These people are CON ARTITS! They will lie and say anything to you just to take your money then change their agreement once full payment is taken.I first dealt with Brandon who made the initial agreement with me. When full payment was made, Tony changed the agreement and called me a lier when I told him that I did not originally agree to this. I phone Brandon as I was not happy and asked him about this new change. He began to tell me something totally different to what we agreed and then put the phone down on me twice. When I phoned back the third time, Tony ( the Boss) proceeded to SHOUT and SWEAR at me because I requested a refund due to the breach in the agreement. I tried to contact them again ( This time via text) -requesting they return my money and again received a phone call with threatening and abusive language from Tony. These people are CROOKS!They have the car that I paid for and my full payment!Please be aware that this is a small dirty dealership with cunning con artist operating from it! TONY HAS NO RESPECT for customers, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND LIE TO YOU TO GET IT. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Great people to buy a car off. Always friendly and happy to make things work for you. Recently bought a mini from them along with a years warranty with Autoguard. They always answered the phone and answered my questions quickly, especially when I asked to confirm the VIN number for a vehicle check. There was a small crack around one of the back lights and they ordered me a new light surround for me to pick up. Even after the sale they are still happy to help. Very happy with the car so far, but as everyone should know they sell second hand cars, you never know what's around the corner with a second hand car so wherever you buy from get a warranty.I would be happy to buy from them again and fingers crossed I don't need to use the warranty!Thanks to everyone at Estuary Cars for a smooth deal!

Recently brought a car from this dealership. I must say great customer service Tony was so very helpful there was no pressure to buy he answered all my questions. Returned the next day to pick up my car and net Damon, and he was just as helpful. I would recommend this Dealership. 5 stars all day long. Ali

We bought our Audi from here last year, our fault for buying in a rush and not doing more due diligence but the car was not in good nick it transpired after we got it home. Our mechanic suspects it had been patched up and sold on and after thousands spent fixing various things, it’s eventually come to pass that the engine needs totally replacing and even then there’s no guarantee that further problems won’t arise (the whole car shakes when driven at speed for example) so we are having to get rid of it and buy something else.The warrantee we were sold by this dealer was also worthless it turned out so don’t bother with that.So all in all I would avoid this dealer or approach with caution and be more cynical and discerning than we were. Lesson learnt!

Travelled further than i wanted to look at my Mercedes C class, but had used Estuary before and they had the car i wanted.. it was worth it.. service was great, and a lovely car.. I wanted new brakes put on which they had an independent garage they use do them for me.. very pleased.. haven't needed aftersales service but have been good in the past so would recommend

We part exchanged on a used plug in hybrid. Seemed to be in good condition. 2 weeks later the car failed its MOT. We contacted the garage as we had clearly been sold a faulty car. They were helpful on the phone but have since ignored calls and seem to have blocked our number. Definitely would not recommend. Untrustworthy

Bought a Vauxhall Grandland X in May. Had a small issue with the car and both Tony and Damon have gone above and beyond to help me, can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend this car dealership. *****

I've been looking for an audi convertible for some time now for my wife's 50th . When I saw one in estuary cars I went to see it . The sales man took me out in it and the deal was done . There was a few imperfections with it and the owner said he would sort it out for me. All of the staff bent over backwards for me to make this experience fantastic many many thanks Tony.It's just a shame i can't give you 10 stars
