First kennels i been to that my dog was waging his tail and didnt seem stressed out and didnt tell me off wen i pick him up

First time my two have been here. Collected them today. All very good. They were well fed clean and not smelly from being in kennels and not stressed. All very important. So full Mark's. Thankyou.

Won't be using this kennels again. Really rude and not friendly at all. First time customers of this kennel and I definitely won't be using again. I'm not a fan of kennels as it is so it was a very difficult decision to put my dog in here. Not a friendly welcome at all and my dog was just taken away without a goodbye or reassurance or anything. Just taken behind the door and that was it. The lady came back out and only interested in payment. I tried to explain how my dog is at meal times but she just wasn't interested. She was too bothered about getting paid and was really rude when I tried to pay with card even though via our phone call or on their website does it say cash or cheque only.Upon collecting my dog, the lady first greeted me with that will be £. No hand over of how my dog had been or anything. When I asked how they had been, the reply was they've just been a dog." Just plain rude and made me extremely uncomfortable.Doesn't come across as an animal lover and I worry about the level of care my dog actually received."

Incredibly rude owner, demanded cash immediately before we had even put the dogs in the kennels. We had booked two kennels and he insisted he was going to put them together. Like a really old huntsman in his uniform, I have never had such a rude welcome. Wont be going here again.

Very busy during the peak summer holiday period, but our dog seemed to love it. We brought his own food, which was clearly labelled with all the other foods, and he returned happy, healthy looking relatively clean for one of nature's scruffier pups.

We have been using these kennels for more than 19 yes, and have always taken our boxers there. Bill and Heather a lovely owners and are wonderful with the dogs

The owner Bill is the most rudest person I have ever meet!!! He spoken to me and my mum like rubbish. And when I called to say that one off our dogs has caught kennel cough at his kennels he got rude and angry and hung up on me!!!I will never ever use them again!!! Just because he is a rude and disrespectful man!!!I feel sorry for his staff having to put up with him.

We have just used these kennels for the first time, I turned up unexpected and viewed kennels beforehand, all kennels and outside areas where spotless.I was greeted by owners who helped me to and from car with Harry's belongings, I would definitely recommend this place and will be using again.

Dropped our 2 labradors off for a 3 night stay. Jo, I think her name is, took the leads and off they went with tails wagging. It’s like dropping your kids off at nursery, less fuss, soon settled.We have always found Bill and Heather to be very pleasant and chatty, the lady, Jo, is quieter but is just getting on with the job in hand and is quite happy to chat if you engage her in conversation. We have used the kennels for about 5 years and have never had any problems with the service and dogs are always happy and settle back into our routine when we get home, unlike other kennels we have tried, where they have come home smelling and unhappy.We would definitely recommend this kennel, our dogs are very precious to us and we wouldn’t put them anywhere they were unhappy.

My two dogs were in the kennels for 2 weeks. I have just had to take one to the vets with kennel cough (he has had vaccine). The owner is the most rude man ever. My daughter phoned to let him know as the vet told us to let them know, and he hung the phone up on her. He will get no more money from me, they will never be back there Very very rude
