West 4 Joinery LTD

I've just invested in new (double glazing) windows with West 4 Joinery and am very happy I did. Great job - efficiently done and no mess/damage at the end of it. Friendly hard working team and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them. My only regret was not including my kitchen (now the cold weather has begun!).

Ordered a new traditional sash window. Very pleased with the finished item - beautifully made and installed with minimum fuss by very tidy and efficient craftsmen.

Had all 4 windows replaced on my first floor. They had ornate wooden decoration at the top, which I wanted replicated. West4 did a fantastic job. Excellent quality hard wood windows. The workmen were fast, professional, polite, clean (!) and came back to do all the last little snagging requests literally the next morning, no problem at all. A delight. I would highly recommend (and for the people that know me, that's saying something as I am fussy!). My neighbour 2 doors down also went with them as v competitive price and local. We compared notes, both super happy! Thank you West4.

We would very much like to express our enormous gratitude for the amazing work done in our house by West 4.On our ground floor, we had three rather dilapidated windows and one set of French windows which were getting rather unsightly and also functioning pretty sub-optimally. West 4 came to the house with new windows and doors prepared and installed them beautifully within the course of a single day. The new windows and doors are very elegantly designed and perfectly fitted (as illustrated by the attached images). The latches and other furniture are also both visually ideal and perfectly functional, so that it is possible very easily and conveniently to keep all the windows open to just the right degree at any given time. On top of that, the installers fitted a cat flap in the perfect position in the lower glass panel of the French windows, making life easy for both our cat and our small dog!We could not be more happy with all aspects of this project. Communication was excellent at all stages, the project turnaround time was extremely reasonable and the work done in the house was outstanding and achieved the minimum level of intrusion in our (slightly complex) daily routines. Within a day, what had been something of a domestic disaster area was transformed into a superb set of doors and windows which ideally complement both the internal rooms and the external garden.However, that is only half the story. Amazingly, this truly first-class work was all done for us at absolutely no cost! The reason for this extraordinary generosity is that West 4 were aware that we have a rather challenging domestic environment in that we have two autistic sons now in their 20s but with severe behavioural deficits. As a mark of incredible kindness and sympathy, West 4 agreed to do the entire work for us for free in the circumstances.It must be said that, with autistic children, one sees the entire gamut of human nature, ranging from fairly undisguised hostility to obvious and often moving sympathy. Suffice it to say that West 4 completely redefine the latter end of the scale. Not only have they shown enormous consideration for our difficult position, but they have given us an extraordinary and extremely morale-lifting embellishment to our house. It is incredibly moving and kind that they have done this remarkable act. If one needs any evidence of the essential goodness of human nature in our troubled times, then, as far as we are concerned, one need look no further than West 4 and their extraordinary generosity to us.It goes without saying that we wholeheartedly recommend their services and wish them the very greatest commercial and personal success. They most thoroughly deserve it.

We have nothing but praise for the excellent work of West 4 Joinery which is of the possible highest standard. We used them to produce huge double doors for the front of our mews house, one of the most important aspects of our renovation project. From start to finish, it has been a pleasure to deal with them. They worked diligently with our architects drawings and produced the most beautiful double doors -- very high quality wood and excellent craftmanship. Tina manages a very tight ship, going out of her way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. She is courteous, an excellent communicator and VERY efficient so the project was delivered on time and without any hassle to us. Alex, the worker we dealt knows his trade backwards; he was kind, respectful, highly experienced and a pleasure to interact with. He is a self-motivated worker, very diligent and takes great pride in what he does. I cannot recommend West 4 Joinery highly enough. They put customer satisfaction before anything else; the quality of their work is superb; they deliver on time and with a smile; their prices are very competitive and they deserve to be the sector leaders that they are. I am a completely satisfied customer. We will definitely be going back to them for any other work.

We had our 7 wooden sash windows and 2 french balcony doors updated to double glazed with this joinery.The quality and the finish was perfect and the guys were professional, polite and tidy.On top of it all their price was the best that we found on the market and we did compare a few quotes.Definitely recommend.

I was absolutely delighted with quality of the french doors that West 4 Joinery have installed. The two young men who did the work fitted them beautifully. Their work was of a very high standard and they were a pleasure to have working in my home.
