Puffin Hydrotherapy Pool

Very soothing for sore bones! Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It really helped

It's just such a treat to go to this wonderful pool and it's so helped with my recovery from an operation

The puffin pool has completely changed my life it gets me out off the house 2 days a week plus it’s helping my mobility it’s amazing with a lovely hot pool I always think I can fly or do anything when your in the water I do aqua twice a week and we have such a fantastic coach she puts us through our paces but that’s what I need even if you go another time you just do as little or as much as you can plus the staff are so helpful and very friendly it’s a joy to be going to the puffin pool I feel very grateful as I’m in pain 24 hours everyday but the puffin pool helps so much I just can’t put it into words it’s definitely worth it at the end off the day xx

Couldn't manage without this in my life now. Helps me so much with my pain and mobility. Never knew such a place existed till I needed it here - thank goodness it does. Staff are brilliant. Most of the folk you meet are lovely too as they are just about all in the same place as yourself. If you need help with pain give them a call and try it out.
