Pure Sweet

Had bad experience with the drink found plastic bits and tin foil not sure how by my friend who was with me had the same issue. May have the packaging of chocolate or something but the women gave full refund and Sorry for low review it caused me pain in my throat

A novel desserts spot just across the from the quay. Milkshake were delicious and if you go on certain days you can take advantage of the special offers. Is a very popular spot so be prepared for queues but you won’t be disappointed with the wait

If you like ice creams and sundaes then this is the place for you. A must try for Glasgow. The only reason for one less star is no seating so by the time you get your dessert in the car for collection, ice cream starts to turn into sauce which is a shame for a lovely dessert. Plus you can’t appreciate the good work in a cup.

I really like the concept of this place, have been a few times since it opened, but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill since. Staff are still really friendly but the desserts tastes like they have come out of a packet. They also don’t seem to have many options for those with allergies, so if you are allergic to nuts - don’t bother getting anything. I think with a couple of changes in the kitchen this could be really good again.

I have tasted milkshakes, icecream and pancakes from here. Prices are decent compared to other dessert shops.They were all delicious, no complaints at all.Staff is very friendly and welcomingRequested extra toffee sauce on the pancakes and they did not charge extra like many other places.If you like sweets then must visit this shop at least once.Will definitely visit again.

Awful service. Waited nearly 40mins for 2 ice creams. One girl in particular was so rude, I asked for her help and she looked at my car reg and walked straight past me. On her return, I said ‘excuse me’ 3 times and she didn’t even turn her head at me. I ended up going back round the DT to ask for a refund and they then told me my ice creams were ready. Not one apology from anyone. I didn’t even want the ice cream by the end of it. Complete waste of my time and was not worth the wait.

Well had to try this one, great idea altho the concept could be doing with some adjustments, the food was great altho the dirty cheese fries weren't up to much.

1st time visiting while in glasgow had read the reviews & alittle concerned but since we had to get up the road we still waited for opening so was 1st customer... didnt experience the ques however easy to see how quick ques can back up. Advertised om their Facebook page a free puppychino asked the server who may i add was amazing so friendly and cheerful. She said yes! Then suddenly came back said no their now £1 charge other girl told her.... not impressed with that!!!! Ordered waffle , crepes & churros all were lush do recommend looking at menu before you go and deciding what you want. Reasonable price. Apart from puppychino (£1 for wee bit of cream and a gravy bone) will definitely be back when am in glasgow! I see their in process of creating a app that would be great!

Always come here for waffles very tasty! However I decided to get cookie dough and it was very soft didn’t taste cooked at all just tasted the dough watery paste. I explained this to the Scottish lady who works here and she was quite cheeky said to me “well it is cooked because we use a timer” “so it is cooked!” She needs to clam down a little, it’s not cooked properly I certainly know how cookie dough tastes like. Anyway I talked to another lady she was very nice and got to change it to waffles. It would be nice if some staff have good customer service.

Staff are rude. I was given the wrong order. I went to the desk/kitchen and asked for my order and they wouldnt change it for me. Eventually they gave me my ice cream and charged me extra but didn't refund me for the wrong order. Won't be coming back here again. Lady was rude. The other staff members wanted to compromise but the lady at the til was rude. I've let my friends/family know who regularly come here and they won't be coming again either.I have never been given a wrong order and charged double at a restaurant. That's not right.
