Refresh Movement - Chiro Sherborne/Yeovil

My experience with both Leigh and Edd has been fantastic. They are both very approachable people with great bedside manner and encouraging nature, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.I came to Leigh with pains in my back, shoulder, neck and knee. After assessing my symptoms, Leigh concluded I would benefit through exercise rehabilitation and recommended Edd to me.After a session with Edd, and completing the homework he set me, I have next to no pain and my body feels much more flexible as well as stronger. Edd has been amazing in supporting me achieve my goals and has motivated me to keep pushing my comfort zones in physical exercise. For example, I went from running 4 miles before treatment to running 9 miles two weeks later. Edd has no shortage of advice to give and has provided me with a host of home exercises, stretches and a progression plan. I cannot thank him enough.

I had neck pain for about six months after painting a wall. I tried osteopathy and physio but I decided neither were working. I went to Leigh and after two appointments I am so much better. My neck pain is nearly gone and the movement is greatly improved. I would highly recommend Leigh.Thank you.

Edd did a great job helping me with my ankle in which I have early arthritis. With well designed exercise programmes and Edd's guidance, I've managed to regain and maintain the strength and flexibility required to return to all my sporting activities.

Having resigned myself to having to live with back and knee pain after several unsuccessful medical consultations over the years, I tried Refresh. The results have been remarkable with Leigh and Edd both excelling with their approach to the extent that I now no longer have back and knee pain and can now run without having to use a knee brace - something I never thought would be possible previously. I was recommended to Refresh Movement by my partners friend. I’d been having shoulder, neck and back pain since a car accident 4 years ago. I’ve had previous treatment but nothing really worked. I somehow damaged the Achilles on my left leg which prevented me from attending my usual gym sessions.Edd, at Refresh Movement, organised sets of exercises over a period of weeks that enabled me to return to the gym.When attending the clinic he explained why he was recommending the exercise plans and demonstrated how to complete them in the correct manner.Very grateful for Edd’s assistance.

I can't recommend both Leigh and Edd highly enough.My recent sessions with Edd have improved the movement in my shoulder significantly and eliminated the discomfort. The exercises he prescribed for strengthening my core took me through a gradual build up, with no nasty shocks to my body, and built my confidence in what I can safely do as well as strengthening my core beyond anything I expected. Brilliant!

I was in severe pain when I first went to see Leigh, recommended by a friend. My life had ground to a halt. Scans and other tests could not find the cause of the debilitating and constant pain in my head. My GP prescribed heavy-duty painkillers and a neurologist diagnosed migraine. Leigh suspected the cause was an injury to my jaw some months before the pain became intense. Four treatments later I got my life back! He is an absolute miracle worker!
