Really fast service. Went in for my driving licence and Julie was incredibly helpful. Didn't realise I could renew my licence in the post office so ended up doing it there and then. Saved me some money in the end compared to how I was going to do it. Fantastic service from Julie though really friendly, informative and helpful. Will be back to do our passports.

My experience at Sunderland post office was lovely. There was a long queue but it was a fast process. Stef was my attendant and she was really gentle and patient. I had a lot of questions and she took her time to explain my options and answer my questions. Highly recommend.

Had some confusing driving license paperwork. We saw Dawn at Sunderland Post Office. Dawn was amazing. She was able to efficiently decipher, and process our issues in simple terms very quickly. Very helpful.

I had an appointment recently at the post office, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.Diane carried out my appointment, and was a kind and knowledgeable member of staff.
