Caley & Kulin were phenomenal. They sold our house in Wolverhampton. Alison was brilliant and so good at communicating. Even the people who bought our property said how good she was and that the estate agents they used were rubbish. It’s the first time we’ve ever moved while selling our property and they made it really simple. I would recommend them to anyone.

After a very poor experience with a major estate agent a year ago my wife and I found a property in Penkridge marketed by C&K. We marketed our property with Caley & Kulin and had a fantastic experience start to finish. Once we secured our buyer we were supported by Lauren who was great during the negotiations and then Alison who progressed both our sale and our vendors purchase at the top of the chain. No request was too much and Dan was always on hand to chat too - something which really is a personal touch given the anonymity you can sometimes feel with the large agents. Alison was there to help us every step of the way and often tied up loose ends with solicitors for all parties which I honestly believe helped us massively. We achieved a start to finish completion within around 8 weeks which was no mean feat given the number of parties involved in the chain. If you’re considering Caley and Kulin to sell your home I absolutely couldn’t recommend them enough! I originally chose them to sell our starter home as I work shifts and often can’t contact people during normal working hours and Caley and Kulin work around the clock, until 7pm and have often answered my queries well past their closing time. This made my life incredibly easy. Our house was sold within 2 days of being on the market to the first viewer; Mark was spot on with the valuation and the photographer was brilliant. Lauren and Dan were super helpful with answering my questions about a property we wanted to purchase with another estate agent and liaised with them on my behalf.Allison was incredible at pushing the sale and purchase of another property through.
