We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The apartments were clean and well kept, in a good location and had most creature comforts. The WiFi was very slow (0.5mbit on a speed test) and the batteries in the TV remotes were flat. Overall we enjoyed our stay and for £230 for 4 nights it was one of the cheapest apartments we could find in Edinburgh.

Ok, I am a little all over the place with this spot. 1) becuase they are trying to deal with everything with as little touch as possible, It can be a bit difficult dealing with them. They tend to expect you to be fully available for back and frth conversations via email. Do expect to arrive at business hours

Good place, quite central. Brisk walk from the Castle. Beds are a bit uncomfortable, plumbing is quite audible through the walls. Apart from that, tidy and neat!

Like walking into a walk in freezer Broken underfloor heating, had to sleep in our coats. Holes in walls. Punch marks in doors. Stayed 2 nights. Not worth 500 pounds. Very basic and disappointing

All the reviews were a little off if you ask me.This was a fab location with everything you need super close. If you want modern comfy fresh clean and convenient then this is ace.Bed still moves but it's not going to wreck you life. Bed was comfy mattresses are pretty new. Has everything you need pots pans all the way to nice smelling soap.I'd visit again.
