Eye Deal Opticians

Terrible people. Will not go there again.

When your diabetic husband has his Diabetic eye screening and was told off by Optometrist for not attending this opticians the previous year (he didn’t attend there as they hadn’t got a convenient time/day so went elsewhere as you’re only allocated a certain timescale to get it done). He then went onto ask why he hadn’t purchased his glasses from them & why he was using driving glasses (mocking him!) and turned around stated ‘you’re of no use to me, you’re not paying my staffs wages!’. So if you don’t require glasses you’ll not be welcome here...his attitude stinks and will be reported to the CCG

Called 21 times today not answered 1 of those calls.

My husband and son went for their eye tests, never again! Incredibly rude optician, concerned only about whether they would be picking frames from his shop. He was condescending throughout the examination and downright insulting on one occasion. However, the rest of the store staff are lovely, it’s a real shame he lets them down so badly!
