I went to Eric for a check up following some pain behind my eye. Although, historically not my optician, he provided a great, professional service. Both him and Stephanie were more than accommodating and provided a same day appointment.

I attended Eric Mercer - he is not my usual optician - under the NIPEARS scheme because of a severe eye infection. Both he and his receptionist were just brilliant and provided fantastic customer care on the day. They followed up with a call the following week to see how I was doing. I was very impressed and very grateful for their help.

Had a really thorough eye test and as a result would highly recommend Eric Mercer. This was my first visit and will definitely be returning. Absolutely delighted with my new glasses and sunglasses. Customer care was brilliant too. First class all around.
