Ordered through Just Eat. Food never arrived, tracked the delivery. The driver went up and down a adjacent road. Sat in side turnings. Then suddenly delivered came up. We'll it wasn't to us. A month ago the driver went off around Sutton, the food arrived inedible. This time no food at all!!

I do not appreciate the service given or should I say lack of service, yes foods good but entirely overpriced when you are unable to use offers, I tried to claim my nuggets with points ( they didn’t let me) and free whopper with receipt and guess what (they didn’t let me and ran to the back) what “great service” not. ( also doing the survey is a complete waste of time to anyone who believes the posters on the wall.

It seems like employees are always sleepy and in slow motion. If you order online it takes hours because they don't prioritize service and you pay for the delivery service and if you eat at the restaurant you'll have to watch the staff sleeping on the bread while it's being prepared. They need agility and organization. It's like there's no manager

We, ordinary working people, decided to have lunch at our favourite fast food restaurant. At this moment, we were in Sutton. We were the second to be served in a place with only 4 orders/customers. We were disgusted by the customer service, food quality etc. That was my first time where I've had an absolutely cold and unmelted cheese in my burger. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We had to keep asking for napkins and sauces for us to finally get them very later on. We also noticed that other customers weren't given straws with their drinks when they'd pick up their orders. As a result, I would never want to step foot in this specific Burger King ever again.

Down sideCustomer is allowed only 1 x Ketchup (small sachet) per 1 x Burger set mealI have ordered 1 x Double Whopper Meal and was given only 1 small ketchup. I have asked some more, but was told off by their staffs whom said they have a POLICY where customer gets only 1 x sauce per set meal. If you need more than 1 x small sauce (of Ketchup, mayo or bbq sauce) for your burger and chips, please go somewhere else. (Wendy's is only 1-min away by walk!)AtmosphereIt seems the branch was recently launched and so the area is very tidy and pleasant, while it is very well air-conditioned. Burger itself was good and I can certainly tell my whopper was freshly prepared in the nice and clean kitchen.

I Ate here for the first time and I have to say the food was delicious. The burger was full of flavour and the simply chips were unreal. highly recommended and best in town #Sutton.Service was great and the stuff are very friendly.Will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service!!!! One of the staff named Sonia is constantly on their feet, hard at work and doing it all with a positive attitude. I would also like to mention that your kitchen staff are always so efficient in preparing the food.

My colleague and I were only allowed 1ketchup each even after I offered to pay for them. Ketchup cost nothing to Burger King and yet the MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. BURGER KING Sutton High Street 27 September 2023. CHEER UP you miserable manager, cost nothing to be polite!

Extremely rude female manager - she posseses no manners, or courtesy.I was shouted at for requesting a straw. I highly recommend new management in this branch, or customers going to McDonald's.
