All the staff that I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. The only downside is trying to get through on the phone, even reception! I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Absolutely amazing. Walked in and was greeted by Ella who helped me purchase my dream truck. From start to finish Ella excelled in giving me the best treatment she could which made the whole process so easy. She showed me multiple trucks all within my price range and all with the options and extras I needed. But over all she was able to suit what I needed with one truck that had everything I needed and more. Ella also stayed in contact with me throughout which made me feel like I was the only customer she had. A wonderful one on one experience, which ultimately ended up in me purchasing a truck. I can’t thank Ella more and the wonderful team at Inchcape Toyota for helping me and giving me what I most wanted, my freedom. It was all down to Ella Carter who made it possible. I would post photos of me of how delighted I am with my truck but it’s raining. But take my word for it. You go there, you’ll feel like the only person there. 100% of their full and undivided attention.

Popped in on Friday to discuss buying a new car the Centre host was pleasant and helpful and spoke to a sales colleague about taking our enquiry.We were told it would be about 10 minutes before he could see us.Fair enough as we hadn’t made an appointment, after 20 minutes still no sign of him, a very pleasant lady who works here and was just leaving the dealership at the end of her shift happened to be Passing and asked if we were ok, we told her we were just waiting on the new car sales guy to put in an appearance, she very kindly went off to find out how much longer it would be came back and said 5 minutes. After another 20 minutes of waiting we gave up and left the showroom to the embarrassment of the Centre host who was very apologetic on the dealerships behalf. Now I understand we did not make a prior appointment but the showroom was not busy we were the only customers, with only a few service Centre enquiries going on so I’m not sure what the delay was in speaking to a sales colleague, felt as if it was too much trouble for them us being there.We would most likely have gone ahead with a purchase on the visit if we could have spoken to somebody but needless to say we won’t be back.

This was my first visit to Inchcape Toyota and I was very surprised at how good the service was. I have been driving cars for over 60 years and have owned many different makes . As a result I have many years of experience of car servicing and dealerships. This was the best I have experienced. I was made to feel welcome and not treated as an unwelcome but a necessary means to money, which has been my experience at some showrooms. All the staff were pleasent and in particular Nicole was very helpful and gave me excellent advice, I will be back for all my car needs.

Drop off self check in great and contact regarding work needed good. Staff dry courteous and pleasant.The only think that lost a star was that tge inside of my car wasn’t cleaned.

I initially was only looking to see what my CH-R was worth and what sort of car i could replace it with. i sat down with Oliver, he showed me some CH-Rs hybrid but the design model. mine was a icon. i loved the Hybrid but could never afford it on my budget. after looking over some other dealers in Nottingham i cam back to see Oliver and went for the Hybrid model CH-R Design. my first choice was not available due to some damage to the car. but Oliver worked hard to get me one in my budget. i needed the deal to be done and car swap over on the 31st of Aug. Oliver and his manager made this happen. i collected my new CH-R on the 31st. this was down to the hard work of Oliver and his manager. Both Oliver and his manger kept me up to date with everything with regular calls and e-mails. Both Oliver and his manager are a credit to you company, They both made the Purchase very smooth, not only did they keep everything on time but made it feel stress free

Everything went like clockwork. I dropped my car at the allotted time, was met by Matt who was courteous, thorough and set my mind at rest. Courtesy car was waiting for me as booked. Matt sent me a vidoe as the car was being serviced and rang me to back that up and explain what he suggested needed doing. Car was MOTed and washed after that and was ready to pick up when I arrived back at the dealership. All round, a grand job

Lovely showroom. However, I was sent to the wrong place as I was looking at used Cars and they only sell brand new vehicles because I didn't receive a confirmation email or message for my appointment I went to the incorrect location, NOT GOOD!

12v battery was flat and got jumpstarted by Road Assist last week, ran off for over 10 miles to recharge the battery and things went well from then. Yet I took the car back for the battery check yesterday as it was serviced a couple of month ago. What just happened now, the 12v got flat today after Toyota's check & reported recharging was good

Went it to ask about servicing a car … ie spend money !!! …. The woman at the reception would not call any one from service department at 930am because they were busy … I asked if I could wait she said no point as there were only two of them in service department and were very busy …. Busy NOT to serve customers ??? So obstructive behaviour by the woman on reception… brings the whole business down… I will go somewhere else and get it done … never here again !!!
