This store only sells books, DVD's and CDs, and niknaks. Excellent for books most fiction is 2 for 99p. great staff as well.

Cold calling at door is not good

No clothes but a selection of music video and books and household items. A particular feature is the glass cabinets where they put more select possibly unique items. These are always worth checking out.

Not happy. I had a receipt and tag for the top i bought, but, because the tag had fallen off in my bag they refused to give me a refund. It was obvious I had bought the top - having the receipt, only bought it yesterday. The refund policy is not at the front of the till, rather at the side. It was only a couple of £ but I'm disappointed how they were raising their tone to me and showed no customer care to my annoyance. Having the receipt and tag. Both matching in price with their name logo on, however they were suggesting that I could be stealing. I was treated more like a criminal. She was suggesting that I was hanging around the shop waiting for some one to drop a receipt worth a couple £ and then go into the store to steal a matching price tag, to then find an item some where to take back into the store? and get a £2 refund.They don't have a changing room to try clothes on so you are encouraged by the staff to take home and bring back if a no go.

Picked up some weird and wonderful items here over the years, and always happy to support a children's charity. The only problem is that it seems sadly understaffed and isnt open as often as it used to be.

Excellent shop for books,dvds and china. Friendly and helpful staff ready with an hello and dog treat. I use it as my library.
