Could not find a select few Humbrol acrylic paints anywhere until I found this store. Wasn’t sure if I had to purchase the expensive paint shopping, turns out I didn’t need to and they refunded the delivery charge almost instantly.Paints arrived quickly and couldn’t be happier.Great business.

Fantastic little shop! Left my loco over night and next day got a text saying it was fixed. Great staff, friendly, very reasonable prices too. Overall 10/10 would recommend paying a visit.

Nice little store, Was hoping they sold RC cars etc...But it's more Hornby & Airfix Models, I like mine a little noisier and faster, would be nice for an RC shop in SunderlandKindest regardsSte

Attended the shop this morning, my first but not last visit. Met Scott very nice guy and a pleasure to chat to, very welcoming on my arrival. And plenty to look at including new arrivals. Get the word around and support our local business first hobby shop back in Sunderland.

faulty loco which i cant fault the shop for but i was advised to go straight to the manufacturer before anything else, however visited in person for an exchange and customer service was great (quick and easy) unfortunatly 1/350 ships arent stocked or they were out of stock but this was no problem really as thats not what i was there for, overall, it was a good shop and when i get chance i will definitely visit again

Nice shop for sales and information. Brought a train in for a repair to solve a scrapping noise coming from the non motor body of the train after 2 weeks was told the issue could not be sorted. When I tried to use the train afterwards it would not run, was really annoyed by this thinking my my train was made worse, i was invited back to have it fixed free of charge even if the repair would take longer than before, however it was fixed same day even though the original issue is still there and have no knowledge of how to sort it. Will still try this shop again for further problems that I can't figure out.
