I’ve used Odak’s services over the past 3 years whilst running two of my businesses and always leave them feeling so grateful to have them. Not only for being on my doorstep but also because they are always so responsive and courteous. A real gem on our high street! I’m proud to support small businesses like ODak in these uncertain times.

Ummmmmm be careful it ain’t cheap and my iPhone repair was a bit dodge home button not apple replacement nor was the screen the home button broke 2 months in the customer service was ok tho

Nothing but good things to report. Guys are always been helpful and patient. Helped me with scanning images ,printing those same images onto canvas and have been honest and open about going for a smaller size canvas to reduce pixilated effect. Great service.

Today I received the car magnet. I am very satisfied, very good job I highly recommend this company and will always use it.

Great service, quick printing, reasonable price

Been going here for years. You pay a £60 deposit ehen you drop off your laptop and then within hours they call you back with the solution. Problems always remedied in a day or two. Would happily recommend.

After my computer went kaput, these guys sorted the problem within 6hours. Great service, friendly and good communication, will use again for future problems. Thank you

I didn't end up using them, so can't comment on quality, they were a bit pricey in comparison to other local printing shops offering the same services, so decided to go elsewhere.

I recently designed the order of service for a friend's funeral and her husband and I emailed it as a PDF to ODAK for printing. It was a perfectly simple two sheet booklet, double sided. On the day of the funeral I discovered that the centrefold, which was a collage of pictures of the departed, had been printed split into two halves with a white line down the middle. This split various photographs and some of them were double printed, so half a face would appear on one side and be duplicated on the other. I've no idea how the printer even managed this, my basic home inkjet wouldn't have done it. Ridiculously bad, one would have thought that for a document of such importance and sensitivity the printer might perhaps have just checked a proof to see that everything was properly aligned. If he didn't then that's inexcusably sloppy and unprofessional, if he did and let it slide that's even worse. Avoid this place at all costs if quality and care are at all important to you.
