I have been using Tinklin consistently now for conveyancing for almost 5 years in different projects and the star of this firm for me is Dean Frasca.I have used him for both commercial and residential conveyancing, leases, property transfers and I have to say Dean has been brilliant on every single project. He is thorough, great attention to detail, he explains the legal jargon clearly so as a client you know where you stand and what to instruct. He also provides clear legal advice that is practical and considers your unique circumstances. It is not a one size fits all universal approach. His approach is always tailored to meet the client need.Another bonus is that Dean does not charge absurd fees and is clear on what he will be charging and in my opinion very reasonable and competitive for the service received. In 2020 I started a set of transactions involving 3 properties with a number of complications needing to be resolved. As one could imagine, it was not without issues, especially given the generally poor service one gets from conveyancing firms.
