Great service, informative and very helpful, will definitely be seeing about other cars in the future. Nice ford kuga for its age and very low mileage, so far I'm very pleased with it.

But, I could tell the guys at Ringley were knowledgeable and I liked that they have a body shop to ensure the car is in great condition + they have been around for a long time which is always a good sign; so I went for it and I am really glad I did, car is great! Went to view a Ford kuga, was driving along and got wet, rain was dripping through the ceiling. Opened up the boot and under the wheel was completely full of rainwater. The back seat belts were thick with mould so an issue that's been going on for some time. When I questioned it I was told that cars have leaks and sometimes they can't find the cause. Was advised they'd try to find the leak and call me back in a few days to see if i was still interested but I've not heard anything. It put me off going back to this garage if they can try and sell a car for 12k that's full of water!

Bought a car from John at ringley, read on the website that if you work for the NHS they will give £200 discount, stating to feel free to disclose this even after concluding your deal. Emailed the company and sent a WhatsApp to John on more than one occasion with no response, so hence no discount for NHS workers. Would of appreciated a reply regardless. So be wary NHS workers as they don't honour their statement!

I spent ages searching and visiting car dealers in NW Lancs before I chanced upon John at Ringley Car Sales. The car I ended up buying was what I was looking for and competitively priced. It isn’t often one can say that here is a dealer you feel you can trust, but in this case there isn’t a catch- as a long established dealer, the business knows where to source quality vehicles and has good relationships with many main dealers who pass on cars not entirely suitable for forecourting due to mileage or age ie over a few years old.I’ve had the car a few weeks now and have no reservation in recommending John and Ringley for their no nonsense and friendly approach to the business
