This doctors is absolutely awful. Receptionist are rude, blunt and careless. Doctors are inconsiderate and have told me to google it " after asking about symptoms. Shockingly bad"

Absolutely atrocious doctors. Being told to wait 4 weeks for an emergency appointment by the very rude and patronising reception staff who do not seem to care in the slightest to help.

This surgery is brilliant! I have always found the receptionist polite & helpful. The doctors have been helpful, caring & done more than they needed to. You do have to wait for an appointment but that's down to the NHS & this awful Tory government!.

Always closed. Never any appointments. What's the bloody point in being a surgery when you see 1 person a day? Can't wait to switch surgeries

This Surgery is an absolutely waste of people’s time. Staff are rude either on the phone or face to face, and they don’t have the answers to some simple questions. They don’t really take your health all that seriously even if you don’t go to the doctors all the time and the doctors can mis diagnose you with an illness! All through last year I went to the doctors several times within a month and each time they said I had a different illness. I’m only young and it was getting me down. They didn’t listen to my symptoms and did so many bloods test but they kept saying I was fine- I was not! I was then rushed to A&E a few days later with type 1 diabetes with very high keytones and a maximum blood sugar level of 30mol! I don’t want to sound drastic but I could of died! I was in hospital for a few days and when I came home, arranged a meeting with a doctor which took several weeks to come through to get my answers to my questions about why this wasn’t picked up! I was so upset and fuming, and so was my parents. I am much better now and dealing with my diabetes, but I advise you do not go to this doctors, register with someplace else!

I have been with the surgery all my life with little stints elsewhere. Amazing surgery by comparison.Put aside the complainers.... its called prioritisation of need and urgency. If you want to moan about wait times then i suggest you look at the bigger problem. Cuts! Write to your mp's people.

Constantly having to make appointments (with a 3 or 4 week wait) to speak to a doctor after changes are made arbitrarily to a complex prescription without any discussion. A recent IT system change also meant that they were left having to argue that there were 50 days in 9 weeks which resulted in a repeat prescription request being ignored.

Considering restrictions, great service. I cannot complain about anything, always been there in an emergency. Thank you all.

Nothing is ever too much trouble, the staff are so helpful, efficient and friendly. Excellent service, thank you.

Absolutely woeful. Receptionists don't care and are rude and abrasive. Almost a two week wait for an appointment with a doctor. Utterly outrageous.
