After two viewings I put in an offer on a property by email and followed it up with a call . Next day they accepted another offer without coming back to me.I was livid and complained to management who blamed an inexperienced member of staff. I told them they were obliged to put forward our offer but they never .. absolute idiots

After renting with them I understood why people avoid agencies in the property market.Hope there they have good proffecionals so I would not give details, because may be not all people working there are the same.Anyway I can not give them more than one point. Sorry.
