Very helpful service the manager new his stuff

They are the used car salesmen of mobile phones.Went in to look at the latest gadgets but was attacked by sales using basic sales techniques to draw me into buying something that wasn't suitable for me.Stop upselling and gain the trust of your customers.

Staff were very helpful and kind and assisted me and my partner to get a new phone upgrade.

Shop clean staff exceptional o2 network rubbish this is my 6th time in shop complaining about no signal not be renewing contract for sure

1 star is too much for the staff at this store. I have spoken to 3 separate people over 2 visits (19/07/23 & 04/08/23)in store and all 3 spoke down to me like a was something they had stood in on the pavement. All they say is have you tried ringing O2" (which I had) "we can't help" "here use our phone to ring O2" after waiting on hold for 20 minutes I asked how long I was going to sit waiting for someone to answer and was told very snottily "I don't know there's more then you trying to contact them". I eventually walked out of the store without paying the money I owe O2 that I'm wanted to pay. If you are looking for a phone or sim don't use these patronising people"

The service I received was first class. I would like to give 10/10 to Gergana, otherwise known as 'G'. I hope this is fed back to her.

As customer of O2 I have never been let down by the staff. They are professional and very helpful. I feel they just know exactly what your needs are and then they give you service that is tailored just for you. Been in lot of phone shops but these guys are so so good what they do. If you are looking for a phone or package that suits your this is the place.

Staff were pleasant and lovely, the girl who tried to help with my issue was especially eager to fix the problem, however Chorley didnt have access to the o2 360 system that my account is on. Shameful from head office to only have Blackburn with o2 360 access In this area.

Great deals to be had, staff are very helpful and work with you to achieve this. No hard sell, which I like.
