Motor Range

Went to this dealership today (cash buyer) no finance, to view couple of pick up trucks, a Ranger and a Hilux, none of the staff seemed to be interested in helping me, arrogant and bad attitude, staffs were busy smoking ashes outside one after another. I truly believe the cause behind this is because of my ethnicity. they were happily serving other customers. I came from London and NO I was not going to waste anybody’s time. Would have bought the Hilux, shame!

Lots of great cars to choose from, helpful staff and the free coffee is a nice touch! (Other hot drinks are available). Personal shout out to Nick B who was fantastic with me and made the whole process very smooth. Great customer service!

Had a great experience at Motor Range where we recently bought our new SUV! I bought my car from this company. From start to finish, the care and attention was unbeatable. Andy was our salesman and he took care of everything from start to finish including our coffee! The vehicle I was interested in had not been serviced for two years. Firstly the salesperson tried to tell me that diesels have a long service interval and then that it didn't matter that the vehicle hadn't had it's four year service as it could be done now (as vehicle is approaching it's five year service). Lies and deceit. Avoid!

I came a couple of weeks back to have a look as I really wasn’t sure what I was after, there was plenty of choice of cars with different finance options etc. Leighton explained what was available to me & what cars would be the best potential purchase without being pushy like you can get elsewhere, especially if you’re not certain on buying there and then. I also had a test drive of one of the cars I was less interested in and decided I loved it more than the others. The whole process was so easy and I’m glad I chose Motor Range! I’ve already recommended them to contractors I work with that are after new vans as I saw plenty on the pitch. Thanks guys!
