Racist company don't work for them I worked here few years ago for a month I had to leave after getting racially abused by staff and they put 2 people on calls who just finished shadowing and don't really know what they are doing but you tell them this and they just blame you and say you just read the book and learn that way. DON'T WORK HERE OR HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DISGUSTING. they dont look after the clients properly it's so sad I did report them to get checked out because it's wrong they just care about money

The training was great, it gave me some key insights into how we should care for our service users with dignity and respect. Wendy is such a sweet soul!Would recommend a larger training room or maybe smaller groups. Apart from that, thank you Nationwide team for the opportunity.

My Mom has been having a morning and a bedtime call from Nationwide, Dudley now for about 4 weeks and I have nothing but praise for their care and communication. The people in the office have been friendly, responsive and helpful. The carers that come are really lovely, kind, helpful and take initiative in supporting my Mom. As well as physical issues she has aphasia (she knows what she wants to say but can not get the words out) after a big stroke 5 years ago and the carers take the time to casually chat to her and to make sure they understand what she needs. Mom is always left with a big smile on her face after their visits.

If you have Care concerns and want to speak to the Dudley Office , the Managers never speak to you.. You leave a message but they never call back! Very poor service !!

I never had any problems with the Dudley branch during my employment there. The office staff are supportive and approachable, i had my rota on a weekly basis. Good place to work.

This company is hard to work through out my experience it’s also hard to get days off to relax and it’s hard to get annual holiday pay. The office worker are racist and rough and the manager Stephen has no clue of what’s happening. Don’t recommend this company for work or care.
