We had so much fun and the team was super friendly. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were both great. P.s Mind the neighbours, it looked like they don't want to see people have fun lol!

Booked a holiday home with them with some friends earlier this year. Fantastic stay and great communication from their team. 5 star from me, will be checking out their other listings next time we want a break in the U.K

I decided use these guys indirectly via airbnb. They managed a property (20C Birkin Street) near Temple Mead station. The property is absolutely disgusting. As soon as I walked in there was a really bad smell. A damp smell. It was nearly midnight when I checked in so didn't bother contacting them until the next morning. The agent was really good initially but I had check out a day sooner due to the smell and them not doing anything about it. The bed had a horrible matress and I could literally feel the spring dig into my back. There was staines on the sofa, pillows, curtains and walls. See photos. You can see the water collected on the window sill; this due to the damp. The property is by Charles but managed by green acorn. Avoid using these guys at all costs!

Charles is a very friendly, polite and helpful agent. Very pleased with his service.We recently rented a beautiful house with Green Acorn Property and everything went very smoothly especially in these uncertain difficult times with COVID 19. Charles and Green Corn were brilliant from the beginning of the process to the very end. Charles helped a lot and proved to be very efficient and knowledgeable.We can highly recommend them to anyone.
