I contacted Yellow 13 about a side panel for my gsxr. Spoke to Robert who was very helpful and he phoned me back after checking stock and condition of the panel. 2 days later the parcel arrived, very well packaged and just as described. Bought a pair of coils with plug caps recently and rang to enquire about the condition of the caps which I suspected were the cause of my problem. Rob went to check and rang me back swiftly saying their condition was good. Items were in good condition on arrival, my problem is solved and I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. Thanks
