Unfortunately don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this one is a must. Left my car for some rust repair & front bumper touching up. Arranged to collect my car on 3/4 occasions and the car wasn’t ready after being told it will be ready. I agreed to pick the car up on the Thursday morning 10/11am which the owner said was “perfect” the night before. Only to see a text in the morning saying it won’t be ready needs another 3-4 hours on the car. I had to leave it with him as I was going out the country for a friends birthday, which he offered to drop it off the following day. So I wasn’t there to have a look when it got dropped off, the front bumper hadn’t been done due to not being clean. Never once was asked to make sure the vehicle was clean otherwise I would’ve had it done, along with my footwell being left in an absolute mess from muddy boots, just shows no pride or respect to me.The work which was done actually isn’t bad but the customer service & time keeping is absolutely shocking in my opinion, and for that I don’t recommend.

I've used this place twice now and had excellent service and results both times. Can't thank him enough.
