Lyn-leven guest house

Lovely town and great area to explore. This guest house was fine for what we needed, just missing those finishing touches. The views from the windows at the front are incredible. Only place I have ever stayed that didn't even have a few tea bags so come prepared.Update: we definitely stayed at the house in the pic. Was just that my mate made the booking. Perhaps the tea and coffee got missed this once, which is not the end of the world :)

Very clean and tidy with spacious rooms. Lovely apartments in a beautiful location. We will return.

Beautiful view from the room. The guest house felt clean and quiet. We had to call the number provided with the booking to check in early as there was no reception.

Lovely warm.welcome from the host Pamela. The room and whole accommodation was clean and tidy. The breakfast was plentiful and cooked fresh. Loved staying here for 3 nights and the local area is just spectacular. Certainly would recommend staying at this homely guesthouse.

Very clean, comfortable room in this guest house. Large windows with wonderful views in the common sitting room and the dining room for breakfast. Breakfast was simple but good, and the French pressed coffee was a welcome nice touch. There was an ample tea service in the room and everything was very thoroughly cleaned with an eye for detail. Shower was hot and good pressure. Location was nice for walking access to local restaurants, pub, and some local trails. During these mid/post-pandemic times, I’d recommend making dinner reservations somewhere local if you plan to stay here as many of the local hotels only serve residents. Check in was very simple, as was check out. There was easy outlet access at the bedside, but note there were no USB ports so be sure to bring a wall adapter if necessary. Good parking availability.

This has to be one of the best places to stay in Scotland.Absolutely wonderful.Cilla is a very gracious host !!!!

Five of us on a photography workshop stayed in the cottage for five nights the rooms are very comfortable with either a bath or shower mine had both double beds table with two chairs TV electric heaters a very large living room with TV videos and dvds and games a fully fitted kitchen we cooked loads of food great place to stay good views over the loch on site parking
