Swinton Police Station

Am looking for the option of zero stars, as I cannot get through on the phone No answer, no voice message to give me a clue of how to continue with my enquiry. Hopeless!

was refused sanitary products when requested, police officers very rude, seems like police just love to abuse their power it’s very scary

Horrendous attitude from employees at this station. Woman who answered started accusing us of being sarcastic & using their minute power to belittle us and refuse to assist when we’re actually being pleasant and just trying to find information out which has been withheld from us for 4 weeks. Then said woman began to talk amongst her colleagues about the phone call she just had as well as making comments about us personally, whilst not having at least one brain cell to actually hang the call up. Not sure where you hire these people but they need training in customer service and respect.At the end of the day people are innocent until proven guilty and do not deserve the disgusting attitude unprovoked from people working in these police stations. Have some respect for yourself and others and conduct yourself like a normal human.

First time i have had to deal with the police and i must say, Im shocked at the customer service and how they treat your issue. They are quick to remind you that they have lots of work and that you need to sit there and just wait. There is an air of arrogance and sluggish response time. You cant escalate anything. I so hope I never have to deal with them on a much larger crisis. I wouldnt get away with this customer service.

rang custody Sargent gave it the biggen over the phone went down to buzz on was confronted with officers with tazers they had stuck a gun to my head on previous occasion avoid sergeant bushell and Whittaker

Phone ringing out so rang again I put the phone down and I try again. Then some nice person has put their phone on reroute to an answer machine which in turn wont record an answer.

Again police have let me down they like to lie to you and give you false hope they are a joke, Mansfield wont release my motorcycle because the officers didn't email them so it could be let out even though you get a phone call from the police the day before saying you can they like to lie dont trust them it's a joke it's my bike I should be aloud to get my own property back .

rooms were cold, bed uncomfortable to say the least. asked for an extra blanket and got laughed at by the rotund concierge. when interviewed about my stay the 'management' were more interested in my actions of the previous few days and who I had been with. . . especially in the early hours of the morning. coffee was like warm treacle. would I stay again? no, Bolton is much warmer, and I do enjoy the lovely free scenic transfer ......

Went with a friend for advice, rang the bell, answered quickly enough and answered our issues. Clean waiting room and pleasant staff.
