My sister and I stopped into the store on a rainy day to get some reprieve from the cold wind and rain. Rowen, the store associate there, was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable and let us partake in tasting some of their hand delicious barreled /bottled whiskeys and scotches in the back. They were delicious! I am not much of a scotch drinker but I loved them! Not sure if it was just being in Scotland or the atmosphere or the friendliness but I think I’m a scotch drinker now ! Lol.

Our mum recently died and the minister did a lovely service for us. We wanted to buy him a nice bottle as a thank you and spent over £120 on a bottle of Ardbeg which is a lot of money for us. 2 minutes after leaving the shop I realised I had bought the wrong one and tried to return it. They said it wasn't their policy to issue refunds, only returns or a gift card. This wasn't satisfactory as they didn't have the type of whisky I wanted in stock and it was time sensitive. A little bit of compassion would have been appreciated especially as they offer refunds online. I would avoid this place and go to Highland Whisky Shop around the corner.

Excellent service and a good choice of whisky on offer. I had a good chat with the friendly and knowledgeable staff and ended up buying a bottle of Bad na h-Achlaise and a small bottle of their secret Speyside (wish I'd bought a bigger bottle as it's a really excellent whisky!). Prices are a little higher than I'd like to pay, but that can be justified by the service you receive and the knowledge of the staff. Well worth a visit!

Super friendly and informative staff. Some fun shop exclusive whisky. Totally worth a stop. They also had a selection of Cuban cigars and knick knacks from around the region. I've been enjoying the ginger marmalade very much. The small taste of Scotland" sample packs are a good way to try several whisky varieties without committing to full bottles."

Huge collection, helpful staff who gave good advice without pushing for a sale. Prices quite reasonable, although the opportunity to part with a vast amount of money is there!! Bought a couple of miniatures on advice of the staff that were much enjoyed.
