Life in Action Counselling and Psychotherapy Clinic in Grantham and Sleaford

I have been working with Jason for a couple of months and still on the journey of making positive changes to my thoughts, emotions, behaviors and belief systems. I arrived at the first session feeling numb emotionally and quite low after a relationship breakdown, which was affecting every area of life. My experience with Jason has been an education that has required commitment and personal challenge to make changes in my life - both of which have resulted in feeling happier, more confident and I'm seeing a clearer path ahead. I highly recommend Jason's professional approach and knowledge, support, trust and style of therapy.

Very poor experience with Jason. Tried to set up an appointment but was only given immediate appointments (less than a weeks notice) which unfortunately I could not accommodate due to work. I requested an appointment for a little more than a week out and heard nothing. On sending a further email a week late because I had heard nothing back from Jason, I explained that I work away a great deal of the time and that I needed at least a couple of weeks notice to schedule, I was informed rather abruptly that I should seek a service from somewhere else.There was no suggestion of trying to be accommodating or empathy with my own work situation, or even to try to synchronise diaries to see what could work for both of us. Just intransigence based on the fact that I could not drop everything to accommodate Jasons diary.Disappointing and a real shame because Life in Action looked like a great fit
