Can’t recommend enough- friendly service and knowledgable owners! I loved their collection of unique collars and leads, and my 1 year old spaniel thoroughly enjoyed bolting round the shop while I was browsing, and all the treats that came her way! :)

Such a friendly place and great range of stock. Our boys both Romanian Rescues , Bob and Jo love it in there , even had their picture taken. Advice is always sound and every time we are visiting even if boys aren’t with us we ensure we go in and get some treats and the occasional toy

I popped in today as I was passing having recently adopted a puppy. I can't recommend this place enough, its a treasure trove of goodies! Lots of accessories and treats for cats, dogs and other animals. The advice I got for my puppy was spot on (I know nothing and was very happy to be pointed in the right direction! If you live in Worcestershire and have a pet this is the place for you!

My dogs favourite pet shop they will pull all the way there, all the staff welcome them and spoil them with treats. Prices are good and competitive especially to the bigger chains. I highly recommend

What a wonderful first visit! Very friendly and informative staff. There is a wide range of cooling accessories, ice cream choices and treats for my Golden Retriever, he was delighted to receive so many on my arrival home! I will definitely be back asap! This shop is a hidden gem!

So beautifully laid out, literally a feast on the eyes, so much to see! Staff welcoming but not in your face, and happy for you to browse.Fabulous choice of healthy animal foods, some I’ve not seen elsewhere, as well as the well known brands.Staff seem knowledgeable about the products they sell, and super helpful if you are looking for something specific, or unsure. The passion they have for animals shows, Lenny won’t walk past the shop without going in for treats and a fuss from Sarah!
