Chesham Phone Doctor

I needed the lightning port fixed on my IPhone 8. I contacted Chesham Phone Doctor through Google and had an almost immediate response. It could be fixed as soon as possible and for a good price. Tony was polite and friendly. The phone is now working as it should.I have used other phone repairers in Chesham but I have now found my favourite!

Very efficient service. Charging point replaced, and sorted out factory reset which I was unable to do myself.

Had a problem with the charging port on my iPhone. Knew it wasn’t a big problem to fix; but the sort of issue that the Apple Store would charge a lot of money to fix and would probably mean losing my phone for a few days.Dropped Tony a line on his website, he was very prompt at getting back to me. Dropped the phone off in the afternoon, ninety minutes later the job was done and cost £40.Highly recommend Tony.

Very friendly and professional. I called up and was seen within the hour. A very fair price for the issue at hand, that was fixed very swiftly. Will definitely be back if anything happens to another device.

Hand-delivered my iPhone X to the Phone Doctor 3 weeks ago. New battery and screen needed. Both fitted within 50 minutes. Still working fine as of today. Quality OEM parts.The pricing was very good. The job was done well and on time and service was knowledgeable and delivered with a smile. Support the little guy. I will be going back next time I need a similar job done.

The home button on my iPhone broke and left me in a bit of a jam. The Phone Doctor took it in immediately and fixed it within 20 minutes. I also had a glass screen protector fitted whilst it was there. I was so impressed by the service I received, and it came to under half the price of other quotes. I can not recommend the Phone Doctor enough- he's kind, takes the time to explain what needs doing, and is very professional. I'm so pleased with the service and will use again.

I would not trust anyone else to repair our electronics. Great service from Tony. Got my iPad charging port fixed promptly and perfectly for the agreed price. Today a new battery for the iPhone 12 Max.

DO NOT USE!!!!!This person uses cheap parts that can be dangerous!Please read more for what happened..I have a Samsung s6 and the battery needed replacing, I google searched this shop and got my phone repaired. He was happy to take my money and did it fast. That was last summer, about 8ish months later my phone started to experience battery issues, below 50% the phone would unexpectedly loose complete power. This was something that didn’t happen when I chose to get my phone battery replaced. I didn’t think much of it till I saw that my phone was now budging. The battery pack had doubled in size and popped the back of the phone off! I saw this and new it was bad so contacted Tony and told him what had happened and if it was covered under any warrantee .i got a reply from him saying if it was a battery it was only covered by a 3month warranty. I checked his site and saw that he had stated that ‘all’ repairs taken out by himself was garneted by 12 months. I messaged him about it and he stated it didn’t mean batteries and no one would do that. I sent him a screen grab of his site stating 12 month guarantee without any exceptions. He still didn’t honour his website statement and denied batteries being under that guaranty. He also stated that on his site it never says he repairs batteries and that he needed to change his wording of his site. I then went on the site and sent him a screen grab of him saying that he repairs batteries. I then sent him an email stating how disappointed I was about the whole situation and how he didn’t offer anything in regards to discount or a free replacement to honour his statement on his site. I then said I would give a honest review of the situation. Tony then said he would give me a half price battery replacement. Im guessing he has changed the wording on his site to cover himself. I went to a Chesham high street shop and got my battery replaced for £5 more that Tony and offered a 6month warranty. He also fixed another issue on my phone for free and showed that the battery he put in my phone was official battery and what tony had put In was a fake and was dangerous because it had expanded (I have phone evidence of this). It was a bad cheap battery. This is very worrying. If this had caused me or my daughter who has used my phone physical damage in anyway, I wouldn’t be writing a bad google review but taking action that I felt was very needed needed !!!Im not one to harm independent businesses but when they possibly can cause me harm then they deserve it… this isn’t over

Took my phone for a replacement screen, Tony said he can order me one ( Friday)and fit the new one by Wednesday.He delivered on time, lovely gentlemen very knowledgeable / polite / and most of all happy costs . Quality service throughout, many thanks Tony.

Very pleased with Tony’s professionalism and honesty. Came in in the morning and dropped my iPhone to have it repaired (ic audio chip failure) waited a couple hours and it was done, he also replaced my battery so now my phone is like new. Well worth the wait and the 1 hour drive back home.I would highly recommend his service to family and friends.
