This salon doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I read the reviews before coming and all are bad reviews, yet I still gave it a go since I only need to take off my acrylic nails. I have a very sensitive skin around my nails so I told her be gentle, however she got annoyed and dip my fingers to a hot bowl of acetone and water, it’s not even warm! It’s extremely hot! Then she left me for 15 mins and nowhere to be found! And all the staffs are upstairs chilling. After a long while the guy came and removed my acrylic, however, he’s not gentle and my hands were so painful and full of wounds. I literally cried. Bad customer service.

Worst nail shop ever, went to do my pedicure and manicure. Would never go back again there! My 5 year old sister would paint my nails better and pedicure ... Reached that level there i realised my toes was bleeding now i need to walk with plasters on!

I usually go to Envi for a haircut. The hairdresser is lovely! Always listens carefully to what I beed done, and asks questions as appropriate. She is also very friendly and we chat a lot, which makes it a nice experience. The service has been great every time I went there. From booking an appointment, short wait, to last greetings, they are very professional

Had my nails done there a week ago they lasted 3 days before they started chipping and breaking ( even though they were a full set of acrylic nails) I went back to show the lady and she was so rude told me it was general wear and tear initially then told me my nail beds are too small then my nails were too long (basically a lot of excuses to deter from the fact they were not done properly to begin with) the customer survice from her and the management was disgusting and I will NEVER go back and suggest anyone go elsewhere for treatments then themselves I can understand now why it's empty in there. Don't learn the hard way like me stay away

Nail technician is quick and professional. I’m giving one star less because I had been there for my facial hair waxing, the lady burnt my skin and now I’m left with a scar.

I wanted to have my hair done. it was my first experience for hair salon. the ladies I met that day told me they cannot do my hair when they saw it. my hair is not afro and yet they said it was too curly. to me it was disappointing and I felt they lacked the skills and knowledge in that aspect and saying that without trying was not good too because if you keep doing specific hair type, you never learn or build new skills or get many different types of customers. you will not be able to experience the world and try new things. that put me off and I went to different salon and they did very good job. Now I cut and dye my own hair.

Very awful. Worst pedicure ever. The lady doesn’t know how to paint nails or cut to shape. She over cut my nails, misshaped them and there was nail polish all over my toes. Don’t goEdit: 2 days after doing pedicure, 2 big toes acrylic came off! I WISH i could give a 0 star review!

I cannot believe that a salon would employ someone who cannot even cut hair!!! My hair has been ruined I'm so angry I would never recommend this place with their inexperienced hairdresser!!! When she was doing my layers she was pulling up the comb with open scissors in her hand and I could feel the scissors snipping away my hair near my roots!!! Wet cut...??? Sprayed it once and let it dry up and cut it dry....how does that work!!!

I've had my nails done at quite a few different nail salons over the years as I'm quite particular and I have to say that Envi isn't too bad. It's not as modern looking as some of the other salons I've been to but it is in Woolwich so it's to be expected. I personally have Justine do my nails and I'm really pleased with how she does them. Quick and precise, maybe even better than other nail technicians I've had.

My granddaughter had her nails done never again, they was still wet polish, and they are falling off not even a day. Very poor service. Do not go there, save your money go somewhere else, not worth £22.00
