Absolutely terrible Agency, everything went from bad to worse. At first, when you're in the process of letting the property they answer emails and phones. However, as soon as the property is let to you they take days to answer emails and nevermind them answering your calls because they don't unless you ring them a thousand times. They managed the property horribly, I moved into the flat after they promised it was cleaned, it was in fact dirty The bathroom toilet had hard rusty stains and the floor had dirty dried mud prints all over. the bedbase had a huge hole in it the door knob was falling off and I can go on forever. The property had electric meter issues which would cause a power outage for over 5 hours + if not topped up on time which could have been prevented if they topped up when we phoned them hours ahead. Almost every other day I went without a hot meal or warm shower because they neglected to answer the phone and top up. No compensation, barely an apology. To make matters worse they decided to up the rent from 600 to 750 for a one bed run-down flat! But when I finally moved they thought it would be smart to charge me a cleaning and repair fee for everything that they neglected to fix before I moved in !!In summary, don't rent with them. Also, landlords, do not hire them to manage your properties because all they'll do is collect money and do nothing to improve the quality of the property. Greedy and useless agency!!
