Walked into shop, met by brilliant staff, helpful and friendly, knew there stuff. Good range of choices and able to purchase straight away.They even disposed of the old wheelchair. Very impressed. Recommended and excellent service.

Brilliant service my first scooter I was nearly convinced to buy one from another shop that felt uncomfortable. I was guided and helped in Burton Premier Mobility by a lady called Fiona she was highly trained in people's needs with no pressure sales tactics.The vantage scooter I bought is totally what I need this has given me so much freedom to go out and about, Thanks again Fiona 5 stars

What a pleasure it is dealing with this company, The lady that I dealt with (Fiona) was very efficient, i had asked if she could get me a replacement part for my Vantage scooter, she got me the part in ONE day. I arranged to have the part fitted, and the expert gentleman fitted it and went beyond just fitting it but had tested it to, and helping me to take the repaired part to me car. I have no hesitation with regard to the service I received to recommend this company.

Just had my mobility scooter Betsy" serviced by Burton Premier Mobility. I think that it is the first time in 4 years that she has had a thorough service. The engineer was so helpful and gave me all the advice I would need to keep Betsy running smoothly. There was such a huge difference to the usual yearly servicing she had from my previous business which in general was slip shod . Well done Premier Mobility

Amazing service and team I would Recommend to anyone with a mobility scooter in need of a repair or a service!I have a Veleco ZT63 Vespa Class-3 Mobility Scooter. Not only are these difficult to find someone to repair or service my scooter. Adam collected the scooter from my home and delivered it back to me for a really good price. The Quality of work on my scooter was amazing and the advice on what parts I needed was bang on. My scooter rides better now than when it was brand new. 5 stars does do them justice 20 out of 5 from me I will definitely use them again.

I have recently had a new road mobility scooter through PM and it was fantastic service from start to finish. I was kept informed about timescale which was also quick. Delivery and handover was smooth and efficient.I had to have my scooter checked as I thought it wasmaking a strange noise, I didn't have to make an appointment the chap in the back took a look straight away and put my mind at ease.I would recommend this business everytime. Both ladies are helpful too.

I am so pleased with Premier Mobility scooter. They are brilliant and fast response emails that I sent an email they responded with choice of scooters I chose one then delivery only about 2 days later. Good service fast. I would recommend to them.
