Came promptly on a Sunday. Lower price than other companies that I have tried, especially for weekend rates. Moreover, they provided an innovative solution to our repeated toilet blockages, so that we can unblock the toilet ourselves, instead of having to call and pay people to unblock it!

I'm giving Andy at SWDrain Care 5 stars - for great advice on the phone! We were delighted with his help investigating a septic drain problem several years ago, so I knew who to call today. I finally faced up to dealing with blocked rainwater gullies, after months of procrastinating. They were overflowing thanks to this week's big waves of rain & had to be sorted. Was it a failed soakaway? A blockage in drain pipes? Andy described how he could figure out where the problem was, but first he educated me over the phone on what kinds of gullies they might be and encouraged me to do the obvious: take the grids off and see what was in there. Twenty minutes and some long rubber gloves later, I had a huge heap of builders sand and silt in a bucket, and all three gullies were working perfectly. Andy gave me the confidence I needed, knowing that there was a man with a plan, if delving up to my elbows in muck failed to get results. Thank you Andy!

I cannot be more grateful to Taquir. He came on hour after me calling him. Came fully prepared. Unblocked, kitchen, toilet, fix washing machine leak and also just randomly fixed other small parts for me just because he can. He did an amazing job and I can not be more grateful.
