Plugged in Electricians installed an Electric Vehicle charge point for me. The whole process of quotation and installation was completed efficiently and to a high standard with excellent consultation and communication.There was a short time window in order to meet a grant deadline and Plugged In Electricians prioritised the job with excellent communication and a determination to arrange installation in a timely manner. Emily in the office was very efficient in planning the work (including planning pre-installation work). She kept me well informed and communicated promptly as well as ensuring they had all the necessary information for the EV charge point grant application. The grant payment has come through and I was promptly reimbursed. The electrical work was completed as planned. The electrician, Chris, discussed my best options for installation and arrived at the booked time and date to do a quality installation which matched my requirements. He was able to answer all my queries and advise options to agree the best specification for my situation. He accommodated me by completing the installation works around me cutting and clearing a channel in my concrete drive so the supply cable to my garage where the charge point was installed could be hidden. Plugged in Electricians were the only firm to express confidence in obtaining the grant for me on the short remaining timescale and they delivered everything they promised in a courteous and friendly manner. Excellent service from Chris, very flexible and understanding of my elderly mother as we had to cancel twice. Replaced distribution board as well as other items quickly and safely. Left site clean and tidy. Very good communication before and during work. Pleasure to deal with.

It can be a headache trying to find a reliable electrician sifting through the dozens of tradespeople online. I have used Plugged In Electricians a few times over last 4 years for all sorts of electrical jobs and I wouldn't use anyone else now. All coms are great. Pricing is transparent and clear. Jobs always start on time as planned. All paperwork is issued promptly. Quality of work is excellent. Chris is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I ask lots of questions and we've had to change job plans ‘on site’ and he explains everything while also giving honest opinions when trouble shooting or considering options for works. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Chris for any projects.

Would highly recommend! Chris has installed consumer units, replaced some wiring and tested the circuits in 2 different properties for me. He was professional and very responsive from the start. Extremely knowledgeable and informative, he broke each aspect of the job down on the quote which was really helpful.I will be using on future projects.
