We have used seller express for some time. we have now stop using the software. I would not recommend it as a multi channel solution. It is slow , it crashes a lot , customer service is poor to mention a few things. Fundamentally , it is not well a very well thought out piece of software and when I tried to explain the problems and issues that I had they did not listen.

Had many many problems with this service. At first the service was great however once you finish your trial you can only contact them by email (something the do not tell you), they will not answer phone calls or take phone calls regarding any tech problems 'as you call the wrong department' and they cannot put you through and will only answer emails which can take 24-48 hours to reply not good when you have urgent problems. However the worst thing is that on numerous occasions on our busiest day (Monday) we have had major major problems with:Orders SyncingOrders PrintingAnd considering we use a collection service to post our orders out this has resulted in massive losses / problems when this has happened, the most recent time today. Orders are unable to be printed which means we have had to send half what we should be sending out for a Monday!The responses are slow and although some advisers are well intended the service is lacking massively. Orders are not accessible right away and you have to wait sometimes over a hour for order to 'sync' so you can print it off etc I have used other services which can access the orders immediately however this seems a little behind the times and maybe is just the way their system works. If the trouble shooting of this company was better or the contact options where better / they took less time to get back to you this would be a ok solution. Unfortunately though due to the problems / losses we have had to incur using SE we couldn't recommend it safely to anyone.We have waited to have a good go of the service (roughly 5/6 months) before reviewing

Very happy with my multichannel software which helps me manage my orders on Amazon, eBay and my own webstore. Great software and awesome customer service.
